Anti-CCT8 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets CCT8, also referred to as TCP1 theta. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 248–497 of human CCT8 (NP_001269837.1), and recognises a target protein of 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for western blotting and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
