CCT6A (Chaperonin Containing TCP1 Subunit 6A, also known as CCT-zeta or TCP20) is a component of the eukaryotic TRiC/CCT chaperonin complex that mediates ATP-dependent folding of cytoskeletal substrates, including actin and tubulin, and has been investigated in cell division, stress responses, and cancer biology. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of liquid, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples. The antibody detects the endogenous target in denatured lysates as well as fixed tissue preparations, supporting studies on protein folding complexes, cytoskeletal assembly, and expression profiling in tumor and normal sections.
