Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TCP1 epsilon/CCT5, supplied as an unconjugated IgG by Antibodies.com. Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human CCT5 (NP_036205.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
