CCT4 is the delta subunit of the cytosolic chaperonin-containing TCP-1 complex, also called CCT or TRiC. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes CCT4 in human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. It can be used to examine CCT4 protein expression by immunoblotting or to investigate its intracellular distribution by fluorescence microscopy. A separate labeled secondary antibody can be selected to match the required detection channel. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody, the reagent provides flexibility for commonly used primary-antibody detection protocols.
