Anti-CCT4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TCP1 delta (CCT4) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 130–390 of human CCT4 (NP_006421.2).

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight of the target is 60 kDa, and concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:100–1:500. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Two scientific validation images are available.
