Anti-CCT3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CCT3 and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is supplied as a liquid reagent (C0, S1).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–300 of human CCT3 (NP_005989.3). The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples (C0, S1). The manufacturer's recommended applications and dilutions are Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200 (S1); the Antibodies.com catalogue listing also lists IHC (C0). Two scientific validation images accompany the product (S1).

CCT3 runs at an approximate molecular weight of 60 kDa (S1). The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific (S1). It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided (S1).
