CCT2 is a subunit of the TRiC/CCT chaperonin complex responsible for folding cytoskeletal proteins such as actin and tubulin. This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the CCT2 protein in human samples, supporting research into cytoskeletal assembly, protein folding, and chaperonin function. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, the unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum. Researchers studying chaperonin-containing TCP-1 complex activity, actin and tubulin biogenesis, and CCT2 expression in cell lines or formalin-fixed tissue sections can rely on this reagent for both immunoblotting and IHC workflows.
