Anti-CCT2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CCT2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and was generated in rabbit using recombinant full length Human CCT2 as the immunogen. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is of the IgG isotype and detects endogenous levels of CCT2 protein.
