Anti-CCT2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CCT2 in human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 206-535 of human CCT2. The antibody is affinity-purified and presented as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 57 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, 0.5-4 µg antibody per 200-400 µg of whole-cell extract for IP, and a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
