Anti-CCS Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets CCS (also known as Superoxide Dismutase 4) and is validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–274 of human CCS (NP_005116.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
