Anti-CCRN4L Antibody

CCRN4L, also called nocturnin (gene symbol Noctu), operates within the CCR4-NOT deadenylase complex to shorten poly(A) tails of mRNAs and shape the rhythmic post-transcriptional turnover that underlies circadian gene expression in mammals.

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for western blot detection of the endogenous CCRN4L protein in human and rat samples. The immunoglobulin fraction is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at approximately pH 7.2, with 15 mM sodium azide added as a preservative.
