Anti-CCRL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against CCRL1 and validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. Provided as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the N-terminal region of human CCRL1. It detects endogenous levels of CCRL1 protein in human and mouse samples, making it a useful tool for cross-species research applications. For shipping, the vial is kept at 4 °C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity and binding performance. The reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for dilution into standard assay buffers according to the experimental requirements of ELISA, WB or ICC/IF protocols.
