Anti-CCR8 Antibody

CCR8 is a G protein–coupled chemokine receptor most strongly associated with type 2 helper T cells, certain innate lymphoid cells, and the regulatory T cell compartment that accumulates in tumor tissue. Because of this restricted expression pattern, CCR8 is widely used as a marker in studies of chemokine-driven lymphocyte trafficking and in immuno-oncology work aimed at characterizing the suppressive infiltrate of solid tumors. This reagent, a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting CCR8 and distributed by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blotting of human samples and is supplied unconjugated, giving researchers freedom to pair it with HRP, fluorescent, or biotinylated secondaries depending on the readout required.
