Anti-CCR8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets CCR8 (C-C chemokine receptor type 8), a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor best known as the sole high-affinity receptor for the chemokine CCL1. CCR8 is constitutively expressed on a subset of CD4+ regulatory T cells (Tregs), especially the tumor-infiltrating CCR8-positive population that has emerged as a marker of immunosuppressive microenvironments in melanoma, breast, and colorectal cancers. It is also detected on Th2-polarized CD4+ effector cells and on a fraction of memory T cells.

Validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples, the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in a 200 µl volume and is intended for research use only, supporting studies of Treg trafficking, chemokine signaling, and tumor immunology workflows in which CCR8 expression is mapped across patient samples or cell-line panels.
