Anti-CCR7 (R209) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CCR7 (R209) epitope and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280–330 of human CCR7. It is supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The accompanying datasheet notes that this reagent detects endogenous levels of CCR7 protein.

Reported characteristics include an observed band at ~43 kDa and a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is associated with one scientific validation image.
