Anti-CCR4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCR4 is offered by Antibodies.com for Western Blot applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human and mouse samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CCR4, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CCR4 protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the target is ~ 41 kDa.
