Anti-CCR2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CCR2 and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150-250 of human CCR2 (NP_001116513.2). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported target molecular weight is 42 kDa, and concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is advised. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image supports the WB application.
