Anti-CCNK Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against Cyclin K (CCNK). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid formulation based on phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 1–160 of human Cyclin K (NP_001092872.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 90 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and the product is supported by four scientific validation images.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
