CCNH (Cyclin H) is a cyclin family member that forms the regulatory subunit of the CDK-activating kinase (CAK) complex, together with CDK7 and MAT1, where it drives phosphorylation of the T-loop of cell cycle CDKs and the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent, recognises endogenous CCNH across human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows, suiting cell cycle, transcription and DNA damage response studies. The reagent is provided in a 100 µl volume, sufficient for multiple immunoblots and staining experiments depending on dilution.
