Anti-CCNH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCNH (Cyclin H/p34), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The target is Cyclin H/p34, also referred to as CCNH, and the antibody is unconjugated with an IgG isotype raised in rabbit. It is reactive with human samples and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–323 of human Cyclin H (NP_001230.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 36 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IP: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is included.
