Description
Antibodies.com offers a primary antibody raised in rabbit against CCND1, which encodes the protein Cyclin D1. This polyclonal reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated, with reactivity reported against human and mouse samples. The antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
Cyclin D1 is detected in the nucleoplasm and is predicted to be intracellular. The protein shows low tissue specificity and is classified among cancer-related genes, disease-related genes, and FDA-approved drug targets. The human CCND1 gene maps to chromosome 11, with an orthologous gene, Ccnd1, identified in the mouse genome.
