Anti-CCNC Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human cyclin-C, supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume by Antibodies.com for the detection of endogenous total CCNC protein. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant CCNC protein, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen. Formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the reagent should be stored short term at 4 °C and, after aliquoting, kept at -20 °C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
