Anti-CCNB1 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and targeting CCNB1 (Cyclin B1). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 334–433 of human Cyclin B1 (NP_114172.1). The manufacturer specifies Western blot and ICC/IF as validated applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF; the catalogue listing also includes IHC. Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and the cited molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C and intended to be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
