Anti-CCNA1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody recognises CCNA1 (Cyclin A1) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human samples, and reactivity in rat is also reported.

Affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has a molecular weight of 52 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human CCNA1 (NP_001104515.1). For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended.
