Anti-CCL8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against CCL8, also referred to as MCP2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ICC/IF applications, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-99 of human CCL8 (NP_005614.2). The antibody is presented as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
