Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CCL7, unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of CCL7 protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CCL7, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa.
