Anti-CCL7 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent against the CCL7 chemokine, this Antibodies.com primary antibody supports Western blot detection of the approximately 11 kDa monocyte chemoattractant protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, packaged as 100 µl for use as a research use only reagent in studies of monocyte and macrophage recruitment, inflammatory signaling, tumor microenvironment chemokine gradients, and CCR2-mediated leukocyte trafficking. For handling, aliquot the antibody and store refrigerated; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity, and protect from light during extended storage.
