Description
A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targeting CCL5, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The antibody was raised against recombinant human CCL5 protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen; it recognises the endogenous level of total CCL5 protein.
The reagent is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
