Anti-CCL5 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against CCL5/RANTES, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 13 kDa.

The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and presented in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. For Western blot, a working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended. Reactivity with Human samples is reported, with Mouse also listed among the reactive species. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
