Anti-CCL28 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human CCL28 (also known as SCYA28) and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total CCL28 protein in research samples. The immunogen is a recombinant human CCL28 protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified prior to being supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, provided in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 50 µL vial is shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed on human samples, with mouse reactivity also listed by the supplier.
