Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against CCL28 and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was generated using recombinant full length Human CCL28 as the immunogen, detecting endogenous levels of CCL28 protein.
The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification using an epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 14 kDa.
