Anti-CCL26 Antibody

CCL26 (also called Eotaxin-3) is a CC-family chemokine that is selectively induced by the Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-13 and signals through the CCR3 receptor to recruit eosinophils and other CCR3-positive leukocytes. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody binds CCL26 and is validated for Western blot across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting research into allergic inflammation, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, and atopic dermatitis.

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.6, the antibody is ready to dilute into standard Western blot workflows.
