Anti-CCL22 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCL22 (also known as MDC). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and rat samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with lot-specific concentration. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-93 of human CCL22 (NP_002981.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended IHC dilution range is 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
