Anti-CCL21 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCL21 supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for immunohistochemistry on human samples.

It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24–134 of human CCL21 (NP_002980.1). For immunohistochemistry the recommended dilution range is 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
