CCL21 is a homeostatic chemokine that signals through the CCR7 receptor, directing lymphocyte and dendritic cell trafficking toward secondary lymphoid organs. Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, suitable for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples.
The reagent detects the CCL21 target and is validated for research use only in studies of immune cell migration, lymphoid tissue organization, and the tumor microenvironment. Glycerol in the buffer allows storage at -20 °C with minimal freeze-thaw damage, while sodium azide acts as a preservative for short-term handling of the vial.
