Anti-CCL2 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCL2 (also known as MCP-1), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–99 of human CCL2/MCP-1 (NP_002973.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein migrates at 13–15 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
