Anti-CCL17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CCL17 (also referred to as TARC). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24–94 of human CCL17 (NP_002978.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. The recommended western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
