Anti-CCL11 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against CCL11 (also known as eotaxin, C-C motif chemokine 11), a small secreted chemokine that recruits eosinophils to sites of allergic inflammation. The antibody is provided as a 50 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, the isotype is IgG, and the conjugate is unconjugated, making the reagent suitable for secondary antibody detection in immunoassays.
