CCL11, also known as eotaxin, is a small inflammatory chemokine that drives eosinophil recruitment and plays a central role in allergic airway inflammation, parasitic defense, and several chronic respiratory conditions. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets the endogenous CCL11 protein and has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.
Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl aliquot, the antibody is raised against recombinant CCL11 and recognizes the secreted chemokine in cell lysates, bronchoalveolar lavage specimens, and fixed tissue sections. Researchers commonly use it to map eosinophil trafficking in asthma models, to study CCR3-mediated chemokine signaling, and to evaluate CCL11 expression as a biomarker in inflammatory bowel disease and atopic dermatitis studies.
Aliquot upon arrival and store refrigerated in single-use portions to preserve antibody activity across multiple experiments.
