CCL11, also known as Eotaxin, is a small CC-family chemokine that drives eosinophil recruitment during allergic inflammation, parasitic infection, and asthma-related airway remodeling, and is increasingly studied in age-related neuroinflammation. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com binds CCL11 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. The polyclonal format increases the likelihood of recognising accessible epitopes across denatured and native contexts, while the unconjugated format allows end users to couple the antibody to their preferred reporter (HRP, biotin, or fluorophore) according to their detection chemistry. Supplied as 100 µL of liquid reagent, the vial provides enough material for several replicate blots or multiple staining experiments when aliquoted, and aliquoting also helps limit freeze-thaw cycles that can reduce polyclonal titre over time.
