Anti-CCKBR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CCK2-R (also referred to as CCKBR), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 240–335 of human CCKBR (NP_795344.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is affinity purified.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended.
