Anti-CCDC61 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against the CCDC61 protein and is validated for Western blot applications. It is of the IgG isotype, provided unconjugated, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 352–531 of human CCDC61 (NP_001073871.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein migrates at approximately 57 kDa. For Western blotting, the recommended working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
