Anti-CCDC102B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the coiled-coil domain-containing protein 102B (CCDC102B), also referenced by the synonym C18orf14, and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The reagent is unconjugated and is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen consisting of a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human CCDC102B, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of total CCDC102B protein. The antibody is intended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been validated for reactivity with human samples. Recommended working dilutions, as advised by Antibodies.com, are 1:500–1:1000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC, depending on the assay system.
