Anti-CCBE1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody specifically recognizes CCBE1, a secreted ~44 kDa glycoprotein required for lymphatic endothelial cell budding and migration during embryonic lymphatic vessel formation. Loss-of-function mutations in CCBE1 cause Hennekam lymphangiectasia-lymphedema-mental retardation syndrome, making reliable detection in research models important for studies of lymphangiogenesis, vascular biology, and developmental signaling pathways.

Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, this antibody is validated for western blot detection of the human, mouse, and rat CCBE1 orthologs.
