Anti-CCAR2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CCAR2 (also referred to as DBC-1), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence is also listed among the supported applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Manufacturer technical documentation states that the immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 654–923 of human CCAR2 (NP_066997.3), and that the target has a molecular weight of 130 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
