Anti-CCAR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CCAR1 (also referred to as DIS), supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human CCAR1 (NP_060707.2). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 132 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IP: 1:50–1:100. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
