Anti-CBX8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CBX8. It is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full-length Human CBX8. CBX8 pAb specifically detects endogenous levels of the CBX8 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG, and the product is supplied with one scientific validation image.
