Anti-CBX8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets Chromobox 8 (CBX8), a chromodomain-containing subunit of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 1 (PRC1) involved in H3K27me3 recognition and H2A lysine 119 monoubiquitination. CBX8 contributes to transcriptional repression of lineage-specific developmental loci, maintenance of pluripotency in embryonic stem cells, and has been linked to MLL-rearranged leukemias, germinal center B-cell lymphomas, and DNA damage response signaling in mammalian nuclei.
