Anti-CBX8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CBX8, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 80–280 of human CBX8 (NP_065700.1). The target has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
