Anti-CBX5 (K69) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CBX5 and is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC-IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human CBX5, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CBX5 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
